Our Commitment to Your Privacy
As a nursing advocacy organization, CareBridge Nursing & Advocacy, Inc. may receive, create, or maintain protected health information (PHI) in the course of providing advocacy services to patients and families. We are committed to safeguarding that information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable California law.
We use and disclose health information only as permitted or required by law — including for the purpose of providing advocacy services, coordinating care, and communicating with your healthcare team on your behalf, with your authorization.
